A group of urbanists, planners, data and GIS analysts based in Toronto, Canada. We combine our knowledge in urban planning, design and legislation, read detailed property and building maps, and apply an urban planning analysis to determine who is (and isn't) eligible to develop a laneway house.

Stephanie has extensive research and GIS experience, including a certificate in Digital Geography and GIS from Ryerson University.
Mahbuba has a background in Geosciences and Statistics, with data analysis and research experience.
Natalia is involved in non-profit and for-profit urban development, focused on affordable housing and underutilized space within the City of Toronto.
Spencer recently completed MSc Regional and Urban Planning Studies at the London School of Economics and has a background in participatory planning.
